It’s getting easier and easier to get caught up in the media these days, I’ve definitely been a victim to it. It’s easy to judge yourself against the fitness models on instagram, the leggy bloggers or Doutzen or Candice if you follow Victoria’s Secret. I’m not tall nor do I have a six pack because I love chocolate too much but I can confidently say I’m happy with what I have now. At almost 24 years old I can stop comparing my calves, my thighs, my eyes or my boobs to other girls because there’s nothing much you can do about it unless you wanna take extreme measures (which is totally fine too). All I’ve done to make myself happy is work out as much as I want to, eat the healthiest I can be bothered to, let your personality and smile be your best asset and don’t let a boy influence your life choices. Plus a few other life lessons I’ve learnt along the way…
Sexiness is confidence and I think it’s time for babes to take a stand and say that being healthy is the new thin.
In this look I am wearing maxi skirt I designed for The Iconic and Triangl bikini.
