Do I always coordinate my workout outfits? Yes and no. The initial factors depend on what exercise I’m doing; weights or cardio. Or whether I’m working out at the gym or outdoors. It also depends on whether the weather is going to contribute to me getting exhausted early from the heat because going into summer it’s pretty self-explanatory why I’m not wearing full length length tights, so running shorts or short shorts are usually my go-to when it’s 30 degrees. I’ve heard alot of girls say they can’t ‘pull off’ tight shorts, so if you don’t feel comfortable in them that’s no problem at all – just wear a more relaxed fit like these.
In any situation, I find colour co-ordination something that’s on the back of my subconscious, but I guess that’s inevitable when you live and work in fashion 24/7! But at the end of the day it doesn’t matter if your sneakers match your jacket or if your tank top clashes with your hair tie – you have to be comfortable and confident when you work out, that’s when you get the best results 🙂
