I’ve had alot of mixed feedback on people’s experiences with LA. Many find it too hot with no seasonal change, too busy, too chill. Personally, I love it. I love the city, the beach vibe, the people and it’s constant warmth. It’s very similar to Sydney in that regard. It’s downfalls are it’s lack of public transport, thus resulting in terrible traffic making it an average of an hour to get basically anywhere. This generally has it’s residents staying in their little bubble and not leaving it much, unfortunately.

During this trip we stayed in Santa Monica/ Venice beach of which made daily visits to the beach only a short walk away. We strolled down to Venice at sunset to shoot this little number. Coming from Sydney on the east coast, a sun setting behind the ocean’s horizon is rare so we had to take advantage of it.
