How do you wear sneakers without looking like you’re exercising or on your way to the gym? Easy. Ditch the gym tights and switch over to denim. It can be shorts, skinny leg, boyfriend jeans, a mini skirt or mom jeans. The trick is to have some sort of leg or ankle showing because as soon as the denim touches the sneakers you’re channelling Jerry Seinfeld fashion – and that’s OK if you’re into it… but… yeah nah.
This look is super casual & perfect for a very not too fast Bondi to Bronte coastal walk which is probably 1.5km long, or a walk from home to Messina gelato which is up the hill or it’s also good for walking the dog I wish I had.
