I’ve never done a post like this before but as a self-proclaimed foodie I feel as though it’s something I can add to my every growing list of things I do on this blog – Share my favourite recipes & foods with you. Truth be told I don’t cook. I can cook. But I don’t cook. I’d prefer to go out and experience other people’s dishes and cuisines.
So when Jurlique sent me this incredible orange, carrot and almond cake made by Jacqueline Alwill of Brown Paper Nutrition as part of their Wellness Initiative I had to share it with you all. I went through a hardcore baking phase in my early 20s spending every weekend and night experimenting with new cake, brownie and muffin recipes so I understand the difficulty it is getting that perfect ratio of ingredients to keep the flavour of the cake interesting and moist at the same time (yes I said moist). So if you’re keen to bake a healthy(ish) cake that’s moist and delicious then give it a go!
