What to give when they have everything they need

Yes, I like things, shoes, bags and jewellery but I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy me that stuff because it’s so personal to me and I like what I like and usually not what anyone else picks for me. So don’t even bother. If you have to buy a gift for someone like that, or for a person who already has everything they want then I recommend you give a gift of experience… that’s what I would like the most.

1) GET THEM HIGH (no, not like that)

What’s more thrilling than the thought of being thousands of feet above ground? Get your loved one a flying experience. Let them feel the wind on their face and see the cityscape in its full glory from high above, and they are sure to always remember this unforgettable adventure.

One Piece Bikinis For Your Bust Type

swimwear-rottnest-island swimwear-rottnest-island swimwear-rottnest-island swimwear-rottnest-island swimwear-rottnest-island swimwear-rottnest-island swimwear-rottnest-island Karamelon Bikini | Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars | Triwa Sunnies

I’m just gonna put it out there… I’m a bit bikini obsessed. I love a good quality bikini and that includes the perfect little black one piece bikini that should be staple in everyone’s beach wardrobe. I’m going to talk you through your options and what’s best for your bust shape.

Smaller chest: Your traditionally trained stylist with tell you to go for something with ruffles or bows or something that has embellishment on the chest to accentuate your bust. To me that’s fine, but personally I am a much more minimal bikini wearer and I don’t ever wear bows or frills on anything. I would embrace not having a ridiculous amount of cleavage and opt for a super low cut bikini like this one which has padding in it. The beauty of not having out there cleavage means you can get away with this style without looking slutty. Another alternative is a style with a alot of panel detailing on the bust. Super fashion forward.

Bigger Chest: I’d say I fall into this category (being a DD) and although I love the high neck style it actually doesn’t make your chest look smaller or flatter your bust, but in fact tends to make it look bigger with more of a monoboob vibe. Unless that’s the look you’re going for then I’d suggest a low cut style, but not too low cut (because from experience your boobs fall right out!). I love backless styles and if you don’t feel like you need the ‘support’ then give this style a go but there are also plenty of one-piece styles that have the in-built bra with a much more conservative back.

Somewhere in between: You’re the babes that can get away with any of the above. Try a balconette style or one of these sexy front zip bikinis which you can adjust to whatever mood you’re in <insert winky face>

How to nail your first date with a girl who is successful

jumpsuit-balenciaga balenciaga balenciaga balenciaga Sheike Jumpsuit | Balenciaga Bag | Lace Up Booties | THP Shop Earrings

So you’ve finally convinced the super banging girl of your dreams to go on a date with you, maybe she’s not even the girl of your dreams yet but top 10 in your 60 matches on Tinder. So how do you nail that first date? Read on…

1. Have a list of restaurants/ cafes/ places to take her. If she says she’s not picky, it means she wants you to make the decision. There’s something sexy about a guy who can make decisions because this girl is probably making decisions all day in her own life and her job. It’s nice for someone to take the weight off once in a while.

2. Don’t be late - If you’re prone to being late to things then aim to be early. If you think it’ll come off as cool and nonchalant rocking up late, it’s not. This girl has taken time out of her busy schedule to meet you so don’t waste it, she’s organised and she’ll feel respected if you arrive early/ on time. First impressions count!

3. She’ll like it more if you book a table instead of just rocking up to a venue and hoping they have a spot & waiting around for 30 minutes. It shows you’re organised & thoughtful. Obviously coffee or lunch would be a different situation.

4. Don’t mention how much you’ve stalked her on social - you might think it’s cute and endearing and she’ll love the attention but it kind of just comes across as creepy. (Even though she’s probably done the same to you.)

5. Stay off your phone - There’s nothing more rude than someone texting or checking their phone while at dinner. Not even on a first date but any date, even friend dates.

6. Eye contact and lots of questions – I know how hard it must be not to let your eyes slip and go south of the lips “but she’s wearing that low cut top, obviously she wants me to look?!” No, she doesn’t. You look like a creep.

7. Pay – Maybe I’m old school but there’s something chivalrous about a guy who doesn’t expect you to pay for half the meal… unless of course the date sucked! Girls love guys who are generous.

8. Walk or drive her home - this shows you want to end the date on a good note, that you care if she gets home safely and you want to spend those extra few minutes with her.

9. Don’t ask to go back to her place – that’s also just creepy, unless she suggests it, then do not bring it up.

10. Kiss her – Don’t be a pussy. This is where the fireworks happen! Unless the date was a failure and there was no chemistry, then don’t kiss her, or unless you met up for coffee and its midday then yeah don’t kiss her in broad daylight – that will be awkward and there will be people around. No to PDA!

11. Text her by lunchtime the next day - if you text her that night you run the risk of looking too keen and desperate, keep her interested, but five days or even 24 hours is too long. She wants to know you really like her and that you’ve been thinking about her.

Good luck, guys and happy dating!

How to be body confident at the beach

bikini bikini bikini bikini bikini Camilla Coins of Altin Bikini | Loving Tan in Ultra Dark | Le Specs Jester Sunnies | Dermalogica Sunscreen | Barney Martin Hair

If you’re not huge on the beach because as soon as your toes hit the sand and your kaftan has to come off you suddenly think 1000 pairs of eyes are on you, you suddenly feel a pang of insecurities, you think everyone is laughing at your flaws but the truth is they’re most likely not & probably just as concerned about theirs too.

I’m gonna give you practical tips on how to feel body confident at the beach!

1. Fake tan – Yes, all of these are going to sound superficial, but this is a superficial issue we all have in our heads. It’s proven that darker colours, eg when you wear black makes you look slimmer than when you wear white. So a nice, natural looking tan will make you instantly slimmer.

2. Find a bikini that suits your body type – Sometimes halter bikinis aren’t the most flattering when it comes to girls with wide shoulders, just the same as hipster bikini pants aren’t the best for girls with wide hips. It’s a matter of going into stores and trying on bikinis that flatter your shape & accentuate the good parts. And if you’re buying online make sure there’s a good return policy!

3. Work out – This one’s simple, how can you expect to have a Victoria’s secret model bod if you’re not going to put in the hours of training? I know exercising isn’t for everybody but it’s about finding the work out that you enjoy and can do regularly without hating it the whole time.

4. Get a sunscreen that won’t make you white - Invest in a sunscreen that not only is high SPF but actually absorbs into your skin and doesn’t turn you pastey white. I’ve tried out a lot and the Dermalogical Sunscreen is AMAZING as well as the Cancer Council Sunscreen.

5. Make healthy lifestyle choices – I never ‘diet’ and I never will. I’m a foodie and I enjoy all the food I eat, I add the sauce I want to make a meal tasty and eat all the pork cracking I want. But more often than not I am passing up on the fried chicken and opting for boiled or bbq. I only have my roast pork cracking if it’s on a bed of salad, I avoid pastries and replace it with dark chocolate or fruit. I LOVE potato chips and if I crave it to be honest I’ll get a packet, but I don’t have the whole thing in one sitting. It’s about portion control. So don’t stop yourself eating what you want to because it’ll drive you crazy & into a binge but instead eat what you like in moderation and swap of foods that will satisfy your high sugar cravings.

6. Don’t eat a huge meal the night before you go to the beach – I never have and never will skip a meal but I will often ask my friends “Can we eat healthy tonight?”. And if you have supportive friends they’ll agree and would probably be open to eating healthy themselves.

7. Own it – Being confident is 90% phycological (Ok I made up that statistic) but really, you just need to think positive about yourself. Smile, have good posture and wear big ass sunglasses so you can see everyone that’s staring at you – because chances are they’re looking because you’re a FOX!
